No lawyer wrote this to protect us from you. It says what we do with what you give us, in words you can actually check.
TOTEHM is a tool for building habits around seven intentions. It runs at totehm.space and, if you choose to connect it, through TotehmBot on Telegram. It is not a medical service, and nothing it tells you is medical advice.
The habits you write, the objectives you set and the chapters your Totehm writes are yours. We do not sell them, rent them, or hand them to advertisers.
Two services see fragments of your data so the product can work:
Nothing else leaves. No analytics resold, no tracking pixels, no data brokers.
Habits are generated by a language model and graded Essential, Recommended or Experimental according to how strong the evidence is. That grading is produced by a model, not by a clinician, and the model has no live access to the literature.
Read the Why report before you trust a habit, and never treat it as a substitute for a doctor.
You can wipe your Totehm from the settings: habits, objectives, events and Book chapters are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone and we keep no copy.
Deleting your Totehm does not cancel your subscription. Those are two separate actions, on purpose — so wiping the slate never costs you the access you paid for. Cancel from your subscription settings if that is what you want.
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase all of it including your account. Write to hello@totehm.space and we answer within 30 days.
TOTEHM is provided as it is. We keep it running as best we can, but we cannot promise it will never break. We are not liable for what you decide to do with the habits it suggests — those decisions stay yours.
If we change something that matters, we will say so in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use TOTEHM after that means you accept the new version.
